BeybladeBattles.com is an online gaming site created by Hasbro, Inc which allows registered code users to battle head to head against bladers around the world.

Where can I buy Beyblade tops?
Find a list of local stores who may sell Beyblade tops by clicking the Where To Buy link in the footer.

Registration   Do I need to register? What information about my child are you storing?
In order to save an avatar, save a top or enter a code, you must register. We do not collect any of your child’s personal information, simply username (based on predetermined options) and a password along with two password recovery questions.

Is the site always free?
There are no charges to use Beybladebattles.com.

Codes   Does my child need a code?
You can play Single Player without a code, but to battle head to head you will need a code. For every product code you enter, you’ll be able to activate an additional customized Beyblade top for online battles. After you register, a “Battle Active” slot will open in your Beylocker for your new top, and you’ll be ready to battle against another opponent from around the world!

Where can I find my Beyblade product code?
Your product code is on the back of the Beyblade collector card that came in the box with your top. Make sure to save it!

My code doesn’t work!
Double-check the code and try again. Make sure you have not already registered the code.

It says my code is already registered.
Double-check the code and try again. You may also want to make sure that your child hasn’t already registered the code.

Lost Your Code?
Codes are only included with select Beyblade products and are not available separately.

I have entered more than 4 codes but only 4 slots are shown.
Click the arrow to scroll to the right, or change your Beylocker view to display more tops and you will see the additional slots that you have unlocked.

Logging In and Accounts   Lost your Username or Password?
Click the “Forgot Password/Username” link on the Home Page, enter your user name or redeemed code, and answer the security questions that you selected during registration and we will provide you with your password.

Tip: After you register, it’s a good idea to print out your registration information so you won’t forget it!

It says I’m already logged in.
Please ensure that you are not logged into the Battle Live area on another computer or in another browser on your computer. If you are certain that you are not already logged in somewhere else, please wait and try to access Battle Live again in 5 minutes.

I can log in but can’t connect to battle live.
The Battle Live area uses non-standard internet ports that some hotels or businesses may be blocking. Please contact your network administrator for more help. If you have previously accessed the Battle Live area from this same internet connection, we may be experiencing a temporary connection issue.

Sharing an account?
We recommend only one user per account.

Can I merge two BeybladeBattles.com accounts?
No, regrettably we are unable to merge accounts.

Just click the “DOWNLOAD” button and select the size that you would like to download. Make sure to save the file somewhere on your computer that you will remember.

I can’t find the exact tops in store that were customized.
Since customized Beyblades are made of many top parts, online versions are made up of many tops and are only available online.

I can’t make all of the same configurations with my actual tops as I can online.
There may be some cases where a top that can be customized online can’t actually fit together in the physical form. Try another combination to find one that works.

Can I customize my real XTS tops like I can online?
No, actual XTS tops are one piece and cannot be customized.
